You can add new users in Trackinno's desktop version.
- Click Users on the left side menu.
- Click New user button on the upper right corner.
- Fill in the user's information and click Create user.
After this, the new user can set a new password by visiting service.trackinno.com/forgot.
The default user roles in Trackinno are User, Manager, and Administrator. The user role determines which user privileges the user has in the Trackinno service. The default user role privileges are presented in the table below.
